Finding the right gutter mesh
Every Australian home is different. That's why we've spent over 30 years developing a mesh for every home and every condition, so you can match your gutter protection to your property's specific needs.
One size doesn't fit all: why mesh type matters

The right gutter mesh depends on where you live and how your property is built. Bushfire risk, the leaves and trees around you, the pests in your area, and your local climate all shape which mesh and aperture will protect your home best.
The aperture (hole size) determines what gets kept out of your gutters: a 2mm mesh stops the finest debris, like pine needles and seeds, while a 5.4mm, our widest aperture, suits areas with large leaves like palm fronds and bamboo. It comes down to matching the aperture to the size of the leaves and debris around your home.
The material matters too. Both our steel and aluminium mesh are highly durable, but steel offers superior strength.
The right combination means your gutters stay clear and your home stays protected.
Everything you need to know
Two mesh materials. Three aperture (hole) sizes. Each engineered for different conditions. Here's how to choose the right one for your property.

Steel
Our strongest and most durable mesh. Built from a steel core with a hot-dipped, galvanised zinc coating and powder-coated finish, it's engineered to last in the harshest Australian conditions. It withstands hail, heavy loads, and pests, and in a 2mm aperture it's ember-guard compliant for every bushfire attack level, up to Flame Zone.

Corrosion-resistant and non-combustible. Available in Classic and Ultra variants, with Ultra built from a thicker 0.7mm wire for extra strength and durability. A popular choice where managing leaves and debris is the primary concern, and in a 2mm aperture it's also ember-guard compliant up to BAL 29.

2mm
Our finest aperture, and the only one that's ember-guard compliant. It blocks pine needles, fine seeds, and embers, making it ideal for bushfire-prone and pest-prone homes. Available in steel and aluminium.

4mm
Our mid-range aperture and a versatile all-rounder, keeping out medium and large leaves, gumnuts, and pests. Available in steel and aluminium, including the heavier-duty Aluminium Ultra.

5.4mm
Our widest aperture, built for the biggest leaves and debris, like palm fronds and bamboo. It's also great for pest-proofing where leaves aren't a main concern. Available in steel only.
