This product is a roll of 2mm steel mesh designed for use as an ember guard. It seals gaps greater than 3mm around roof sheeting, fascia and other openings where burning embers could enter a building during a bushfire. Because it's sold as a plain roll, the installer cuts and shapes the mesh to suit the application.

The 2mm aperture (hole size) of the mesh blocks leaves of all sizes, from large palm fronds and bamboo down to fine wattle, jacaranda and poinciana leaves. Best suited for properties with fine-leafed trees or where you want the highest level of leaf protection.

Steel is the strongest material in our gutter mesh range. It provides a robust physical barrier against pests such as possums, birds and rodents, helping to prevent them from accessing your roof space.
