This product is designed for valley protection. A valley is the channel formed where two roof slopes meet. The domed mesh fits directly into the valley itself and works on almost any roof type.

This kit installs by squeezing the domed mesh together so the folded edges tuck beneath the roof sheets or tiles on both sides of the valley. Once released, the mesh spreads out and sits snugly into the valley.

This 300mm domed valley is designed to fit valley gaps of 140 to 200mm. If your gap is narrower, our 240mm domed valley fits gaps of 90 to 140mm, and our 190mm domed valley fits gaps of 50 to 90mm.

The 2mm aperture (hole size) of the mesh blocks leaves of all sizes, from large palm fronds and bamboo down to fine wattle, jacaranda and poinciana leaves. Best suited for properties with fine-leafed trees or where you want the highest level of leaf protection.

Steel is the strongest material in our gutter mesh range. It provides a robust physical barrier against pests such as possums, birds and rodents, helping to prevent them from accessing your roof space.

Is your home in a bushfire area?

Our Domed Valley is a non-combustible steel leaf guard, so it is compliant for use as a gutter guard in bushfire-prone areas under AS3959:2018 for every BAL level: BAL 12.5, 19, 29, 40 and FZ (Flame Zone). However, it does not form a complete ember seal.
